This workshop is designed to develop workplace leaders and enhance participant’s leadership skills to bring them to the fore of trade union activity.
The training will offer a vital opportunity for minority ethnic and migrant union members to become familiar with advocacy in the workplace on a range of relevant issues and particularly in further participation within union structures.
Facilitated by Dr Lucy Michael & ICTU. Kindly funded through the Ireland Against Racism Fund.
All training is free of charge.
